About Us

At Grove Cottage, our mission is to offer a Christ-centered, living education that nurtures wonder, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.

THE COMMUNITY

Students, ages 5-14, gather Tuesday through Thursday in their age-appropriate Form (see below), where they engage in rich academic studies guided by a dedicated teacher.

OUR APPROACH

Our educational approach is influenced by the Charlotte Mason philosophy, emphasizing living books, thoughtful narration, and nature journaling. In a small-group setting, children receive a deep, meaningful education in a positive, nurturing environment.

ADVENTURE FRIDAYS

In addition to our core days together, we offer an optional Adventure Day on Fridays ( open to homeschool families as well). Adventure Day provides opportunities for hands-on learning, exploration, and shared experiences that deepen learning beyond the classroom.
